START: Sunday March 9th 2008  meeting at 7,30 in Castiglione del Lago, piazza Gramsci and start at 9,05

FINISH: Km 14,500 in Tuoro near stadium; km 21 in Passignano next to the lake; km 30,7 in Magione, Piazza Matteotti; km 42 (marathon) in Santarcangelo, via Cefalonia; km 58,7 (Ultramarathon) in Castiglione del Lago, piazza Gramsci.

PARTICIPATION RIGHT: Everybody at least 18 years old can participate, men and women, and with registration to a sport association, you need it to get the number.

REGISTRATION: To get the registration you have to fill the registration form and to sign it, if you are part of a team, the president of your team can send the list of participants with his sign. The deadline for registration is on March 4th 2008. You should send your data and the payment receipt by FAX to +39 075 953779 or +39 075 5178245 or +39 0578 292225. You can pay to the bank account 

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO APPLY THE SAME DAY OF THE RACE.

NUMBERS: You can get your number on saturday March 8th 2008 in Castiglione del Lago, Palazzo della Corgna. If you will conctat before the organitation team, you can get your number even on Sunday 9th March between 7,30 and 8,15.

RACE ROUTE: The competitive route is completly on the asphalt.

LIMIT TIME: km 15 ... 3 hours; km 21 … 4 hours; km 30 ... 4.30 hours; km 42 ... 6.30 hours; km 60 ... 9 hours

REFRESHMENTS: You will get refreshments every 5 km and every finish line.

SERVICES: A bus will bring you from every finish line to Castiglione del Lago and you can leave your staffs on the bus. 

PASTA PARTY: Pasta party will be organiSed on Saturday March 8th 2008 at 19,30 and on Sunday at 13,00 until the arrival af the last participant. The pasta party will be for free if you have the Strasimeno Card (cost 5 €).

STRASIMENO CARD: It is a service we offer to all the runners hosted in the Hotels/Agriturismo/B&B/Apartments proposed from the organisation. You will get the card from the organisation showing the hotel payement and with this card you will get for free the Pasta party and a discount to visit museums on the Trasimeno area.

ASSISTANCE: The health assistance will be provide in collaboration with local associations as "Misericordia".

REWARDS: Everybody will get a t-schirt with Strasimeno logo; ONLY the Marathon and Ultramarathon participants will get even the medal and the participation certificate.

COMPLAINTS: You can complain, paying 30€ (you will get it back if your complain is accepted) whithin 30 minutes since the arrival of the last participant.

PRIZEGIVING: We will give the prizes next to the finish line of your race and all the prizes will be resumed at 15,00 in Castiglione del Lago during the official prizegiving of the Ultramarathon.
